I am primarily a Nature and Animal photographer, but I tend to go in phases.  I could never be the “guy that shoots lighthouses” or “that guy that shoots raptors”.  I cannot even imagine that, it seems so boring.  Shoot one thing and then do variations of it for the rest of my career?  I don’t think so.

I am based in Wausau Wisconsin, although I have traveled to shoot Santorini and Mykonos in the Cyclades off Greece, and the flowers and gardens of Lisse Holland, the Eagles of Alaska, and the Sand dunes of California. I’ll pretty much go wherever I have to go to get the shot I want

Sometimes my inspiration can come from the thoughts that just come to me, and sometimes I can just read about something and imagine what a great image it would make.

My Images are available in several different forms.  They can be purchased directly from my web site, at www.RickEyrePhoto.com, in which case I print them and sign them myself.  This method is the only one that I personally print the image, and only images that I have printed get a signature.

They are also available at PhotoShelter as prints or for licensing. The Licensing is driven by FotoQuote, the leading pricing service for images, and the printing is done by either myself or a third party service.  I personally print all of the Hahnemuhle and larger Epson paper prints, and the smaller and metallic prints are done by Adoramax through PhotoShelter.  In either case the finished product is always gauranteed to be a fine addition to your home or office.
