Ok now it’s pouring. I don’t mind some rain but it’s really coming down. Time to come in till sunset I think. I’m here for two days, it’s OK

There is really only one road in this town so site searching is not hard to do. I am going to take a ferry across the lake and see how it looks from over there tomorrow. And get up at dawn and check for fog. That would be great!!

Drove from Salzburg to Hallstatt today. For a country that has the Autobahn, getting from A to b is really scenic from a route standpoint. Thank God for Garmins in cars. I’d never get anywhere without that thing.

I was able to make the best use of a sunset ever. I could stand in one place and shoot two castles just by walking across the road. It was awesome!!
