New Framed Image available
I have added “Cathedral Rock” to the Framed images I have on hand for Galleries and shows. This is a beautiful image, printed on Hahnemuhle Daguerre Canvas, and custom matted and framed. It measures 27 by 32 inches. and sells for $675
The image was shot at Sedona Arizona. I had arrived early in the day in order to be all set up by ther time the light got toward sunset, and had already waded across the water on the left.
As is usually the case in the Southwest, storms seem to appear on clear days out of nowhere and the tourists were quickly chased away when this one showed up. Along with a bride and her photographer that were shooting behind me.
Luckily small peeks of blue showed up and I was able to get in a few shots before I had to head for cover.

Web site update
I’m making my web site much more expansive. I’ve been limiting myself to 4 galleries for several years now. As I’ve motives from travel and people photography to more scenic and nature/ wildlife images, I find I need more space to display what I have.
The home page also goes from a static page to a slide show that actually moves slightly as you view it.
Should be done in a couple days!
New Logo
I decided on a new Logo. I think it reflects the more nature and wildlife things I am doing more and more of now. Gone is the lighthouse. I’ll miss that one. But the new one is more identifiable and is one of my favorite images.
The real image it was taken from is here
Thanks to Laura at LiveBooks for getting it done

Shooting Swans in Monticello Minnesota this week
It always sounds bad when I say I am shooting swans, but there is a town in Minnesota that is the swan capital this time of year.
I got it from a Midwest travel newsletter that I subscribe to. CLICK HERE for more info. I’m really looking forward to it. I’ll post from the road while I’m shooting
