Our Process….

Prints ordered at RickEyrePhoto are available on your choice of papers and canvas. Your print will be printed on a closed Epson system, using color calibrated Mac computers, and ImagePrint Rastor Image Processing to keep the colors exactly the same as what you see on the screen.
We offer printing on Epson Premium Glossy papers, independantly tested by the Wilhelm Research Institute to remain on display for 98 years with no change in color. Click Here to read the report.
We also Use Hahnemuhle photo papers for matte finished images. Also independantly tested by Wilhelm Research to remain on display without color change for decades. Click Here to read the report on Hahnemuhle paper.
Finally, we use Hahnemuhle Daguerre Canvas for our canvas prints. It’s a bright white paper, yielding great sharpness and bright, vibrant colors for all images. The canvas images are also treated with 3 coats of Eco Print Shield Protectant, making the prints UV and scratch resistant. This is a painstaking procedure, but produces prints that can withstand minor scuffs and scratches, without damage, as well as UV exposure in sunlit rooms without repercussions.
Images sent framed were done with the same processes mentioned above, and have been custom matted and framed by Dan Mootz at Framing Excellence. Mats and frames are custom chosen to accent that specific image.
